1. Seedsmen Association of Bengal was formed in the year 2006 (20th
April). The membership strength is around 150 comprising of seed growers/
dealers/ distributors and nursery men in the State of West Bengal. Some of the
multinational like Syngenta, UPL, Monsanto are also in the membership of the
Association. Since inception the Association is affiliated to Indian Chamber of
Commerce and the Secretarial services are being provided by the Chamber.

a) Indian Chemical Merchants and Manufacturers
Association (ICMMA) is an association of small and medium scale
Chemical manufacturers and dealers mainly based in the State of West Bengal. It
has membership strength of around 300. Besides being affiliated to ICC, ICMMA
is also affiliated to Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce, New Delhi. The
Secretarial services of the Association are being provided by the Chamber. The
Association is actively engaged in the development of Chemical trade and
Industry in the State of West Bengal and is creating a cluster to establish industries
and warehousing at one place away from the main city to avoid pollution.

producers in the State of West Bengal . They are affiliated to the Chamber but
they have their own secretariat and ICC is not connected to the Secretarial
